Privacy & data handling.

This is the privacy statement of GK Designs (Pty) Ltd, Plot 23485, Phase 4, Gaborone, Botswana — the data controller responsible for this website gkdesigns.pages.dev.

TL;DR three lines

• We do not set cookies, do not run trackers, and do not embed third-party advertising on this website.
• When you use the brief form, your message opens your email client with a mailto: to goitse30@yahoo.com. The contents stay on your device until you press send.
• The webserver logs the requester's IP address for 30 days, used only for abuse detection. Logs are not used for marketing.

What we collect none

This site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Segment, Mixpanel, Plausible, Fathom, or any other analytics service. The site does not load Facebook or LinkedIn pixels, and does not embed YouTube. Fonts come from Google's font CDN with no personal data sent.

Embedded content

Pages may embed images served from this same domain (assets.img...). These embarrass no third parties and create no third-party cookies.

Briefs, email & WhatsApp

When you send a brief via the form, the fields are validated at /api/brief and then handed to WhatsApp (or email if WhatsApp does not open). This website does not keep a copy. WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta under their terms. Email to goitse30@yahoo.com is treated as confidential and kept only as long as needed to deliver the work.

The “talk to a human” control opens WhatsApp to +267 71 798 128 (https://wa.me/26771798128). That chat is processed by Meta / WhatsApp under their terms — it does not stay on this website.

Server logs

Every request creates a server log line (~150 bytes: timestamp, requested path, status, user-agent, IP). Logs are:

• kept for at most 30 days, then deleted automatically;
• never used for tracking, profiling, or marketing;
• examined by us only to investigate abuse, errors, or attacks.

Your rights PA / GDPR / Botswana DPA

If legislation that applies to you (including Botswana's Data Protection Act, the EU GDPR, or South Africa's POPIA) gives you rights to access, rectify, erase, port or object to processing of your personal data, you can email goitse30@yahoo.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is not targeted at children under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us through the brief form, please email goitse30@yahoo.com for deletion.

Changes to this statement

If we change anything material, we'll update the date below — no quieter practice. Material changes are also announced on our Facebook page GK Designs Bw.
